Delegates and Faculty Advisors from around the world come together to celebrate the beginning of an event filled with diplomacy, collaboration, and leadership.

We are honored to introduce Ruqayya Alblooshi, the keynote speaker for HMUN Dubai 2025's Opening Ceremonies.

Ruqayya Alblooshi serves as the Executive Director for International Relations at the UAE Prime Minister’s Office. With over 20 years of expertise in public policy, international relations, and government communication, she has been instrumental in fostering partnerships with prestigious organizations, including the United Nations, OECD, and the World Economic Forum.
Highlights of her achievements include spearheading the UAE’s first Circular Economy policy and receiving the 2024 Emirati Women Achievers Award. A proud Harvard alumna, she is also the Vice President of the Harvard Club of the UAE, continuing her legacy of transformative global impact.
