Please read through all the following instructions carefully.

Please note that HMUN Dubai only accept applications submitted directly via our conference registration system, KNACK, which is linked below. Registration through any third-parties are considered invalid. Below is a step-by-step guide to apply for HMUN DUBAI

1. READ THE CONFERENCE POLICIES.

Please make sure you have read, understood, and agree to our Terms & Conditions prior to starting the registration. Note that all applicants must be current high school students between the ages 13-18 years in order to be eligible for the conference.

There is no minimum/maximum number of students to form a delegation at HMUN Dubai, this is total subject to the number of seats available at the time of submitting your application.

2. APPLY ON knack

By submitting an application on KNACK, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the policies and conditions outlined in our Conference Policies. The HMUN Dubai Team will review and accept application on a rolling basis

Please expect to receive a decision within 1-2 weeks of the date that you have submitted your application

3. PAY DELEGATE FEES AND FACULTY ADVISOR FEES.

You can find the link to the Conference Fee & Inclusions here

The conference team will get in touch with you via email, which will contain a detailed instruction on how to proceed with paying your fee after you have been accepted to the conference.

Your application will not be considered complete until you have submitted 50% of the Conference Fee at the time of acceptance. Failure to do so may result in your application being waitlisted/dropped.

Any outstanding dues can be cleared by the 31st of October

5. A. Receive country & committee allotment

Once you have been accepted & paid for HMUN Dubai you will receive the Country & Committee Allotment on Knack, a detailed email about the same will be sent to your registered email address.

Please note that any request for releasing allocations without completing any of the above steps will be considered invalid.

5. B.UPLOAD DELEGATE & faculty information TO KNACK.

Make sure to updated the Delegate & Faculty Information on to your Knack application. Please make sure to fill in the information diligently as the same will be used to print the ID cards & certificates

Make sure to also download, complete, sign and then upload the Delegate & Faculty Liability to your Knack application. The Liability Waiver is now available on the preparation page.

6. Request for invitation letter

Please note that only delegates & faculty advisors who have been accepted to HMUN Dubai 2025 may submit a request for an invitation letter to info@hmundubai.org. HMUN Dubai team will not respond to any requests post November 15, 2024
